Realme 14 is said to launch in India in January 2025

After recently unveiling the Realme 13 series in India, Realme seems to be preparing for the launch of its next lineup. It is not surprising because the brand has been very active in 2024 in the smartphone category and the same is expected to continue in 2025, something which even the leaks are suggesting.

According to a report by SmartPrix, the Realme 14 series will hit the Indian market in early 2025. Here is everything to know.

The Realme 14 series is tipped to launch in January 2025, earlier than its previously anticipated February launch. The upcoming series is said to include two models – the Realme 14 Pro and Realme 14 Pro+. But, exact details in terms of launch date and features are currently under wraps.

Tipster Digital Chat Station shared on Weibo that Realme could introduce a new handset soon. While the tipster didn’t mention the model name, speculation suggests this could be part of the upcoming Realme 14 series. So, the upcoming device might feature a 6.5-inch display with a 1.5K resolution. The device is said to pack either a 6,000mAh battery or a bigger unit.

To recall, the Realme 13 series in India was priced at Rs 17,999 for the 8GB + 128GB Realme 13 5G, while the Realme 13+ 5G started at Rs 22,999. The Realme 14 series is expected to come at a higher price point, with the Pro and Pro+ variants leading the lineup.

The Realme 13 Pro and 13 Pro+ featured 50-megapixel dual rear cameras and were powered by MediaTek Dimensity chipsets. They were running on Android 14-based Realme UI. With IP64 and IP65 ratings for dust and water resistance, the Realme 13 series set a high bar, and the Realme 14 series is likely to build on this foundation. More details on the Realme 14 series will emerge in the coming weeks or months.
