Amaran Box Office Collection Day 7: Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi’s Tamil movie is already a big hit as the movie entered the Rs 100 crore club within 6 days of its release.
The film continues to maintain a strong pace at the ticket windows. The movie was released in theatres on October 31 and had a box office clash with Dulquer Salmaan’s Telugu movie Lucky Baskar. Not only that it also had several tough competitions with Hindi movies like Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 at the box office but still Amaran continues to win the hearts of audiences.

As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 6.75 crore on Day 7. The net collection of Amaran stands at Rs 109.00 crore. It had 35.27 per cent Tamil occupancy in theatres on Wednesday. The movie had 27.66 per cent Tamil occupancy in morning shows, 33.20 per cent in afternoon shows, 39.03 per cent in evening shows and 41.20 per cent in night shows. On the other hand, it had 34.85 per cent Telugu occupancy on November 6. The breakouts of the day are as follows-27.42 per cent occupancy in morning shows, 35.12 per cent in afternoon shows, 31.93 per cent in evening shows and 44.93 per cent in night shows.
Amaran Budget
The movie was made on a budget of Rs 130 crore. With the growing numbers at the ticket windows, Amaran will soon cover up the budget cost. It was directed by Rajkumar Periasamy.
About Amaran
The story is set against the backdrop of the 2014 Qazipathri Operation in Shopian. It will focus on the life of Major Mukund Varadarajan and his contribution to the nation. The movie features Sivakarthikeyan, Sai Pallavi, Bhuvan Arora, Rahul Bose, Suresh Chakravarthy, Shreekumar and Mir Salman in key roles.
