Indresh Upadhyay Video Controversy: Vrindavan’s famous storyteller Indresh Upadhyay has finally publicly apologized to the Yadav community after his alleged controversial statement regarding Yaduvansh. In an emotional video released on social media, he clearly said that his intention was not to hurt the sentiments of any society or community. If his words have caused pain to the Yadav community, he sincerely apologizes for it. Indresh Upadhyay said that this entire controversy is related to a story about 4 to 5 years old. He also made it clear that he has always had and will always have respect for the Yadav community.

Indresh Upadhyay made an emotional appeal in the video and said that his intention was not at all to hurt anyone’s sentiments. He made it clear that if any of my words have caused pain to the Yadav community, then I sincerely apologize for it. All the Yadavs of India are my own. We all are followers of the same culture and the same God, Lord Shri Krishna. The anarchist elements want to make us fight. In his defense, Indresh Upadhyay said, my intention is not to cause trouble to any Yadav brother. Many of my friends and acquaintances are from Yadav community. We are all one. Many times anarchist elements want to make us fight among ourselves by misrepresenting old things. Yadav community has a glorious history and I always have respect for them.
What was the whole controversy?
This controversy started with a video of an about 4 to 5 years old story of Indresh Upadhyay which recently went viral on social media. In this video, he was allegedly seen telling the Yadav community about the descendants of Lord Shri Krishna. As soon as this video went viral, there was huge anger among the people of Yadav community in entire Uttar Pradesh including Mathura. Various organizations and intellectuals of the society called it playing with the scriptures and history. After which a warning was given that if a public apology was not made, legal action would be taken.
