Prabhas who was last seen in Kalki 2898 AD, will be seen in Fauji and also had pooja ceremony recently. Helmed by Hanu Raghavapudi, the movie is rumoured to be based on the Razakar movement.

Prabhas’ Fauji made on a budget of ₹400 crore?
Hanu is known for his poetic narration and the talented filmmaker is recreating the history through the sets. Reports suggest that is made on a massive budget of ₹400 crore. But, the interesting part is that the Prabhas has hiked his fee. This comes after Prabhas is back-to-back signing projects and is jam packed with his schedule.
Set in the 1940s, it is a historical drama that centres on a warrior’s quest to deliver justice to his motherland. The official synopsis reads, “While not every historical event resonates with our emotions, this story is penned by a warrior committed to bringing justice to his homeland. Set in the 1940s, this historical fiction/alternate history narrative follows a warrior emerging from the shadows of a society that viewed war as the sole remedy for buried injustices and forgotten truths hidden by history.” Prabhas will reportedly play the role of a soldier in the British Army.

What’s next for Prabhas?
Prabhas also has in the pipeline. The Raja Saab is produced under the People Media Factory banner. It is a pan-India film and will be released in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi.
