Out of the 4 batsmen from Bihar who started their journey in Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26 by scoring explosive centuries, 3 were playing from Bihar team only. One of them was Vaibhav Suryavanshi, the other two were Saqibul Ghani and Ayush Loharuka. Apart from these, one is from Bihar but plays domestic cricket from Jharkhand. Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored a century in 36 balls

Out of the 4, he was the first batsman from Bihar to score a century in Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26. Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored 190 runs in 84 balls. But he completed his century in just 36 balls. When Bihar vice-captain Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored a century in 36 balls, it seemed that now a faster century than this will not be seen in Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26. Saqibul Ghani scored the fastest century in 32 balls
Saqibul Ghani scored a century in just 32 balls and by doing so became the fastest Indian to score a century in List A. Meaning Ghani did what Vaibhav Suryavanshi had failed to do. He broke the Indian record of fastest century in List A. Saqibul Ghani, who scored a century in 32 balls in the innings played against Arunachal Pradesh, remained unbeaten till the end. In his innings, he scored unbeaten 128 runs in 40 balls, which included 12 sixes.
Ishan Kishan scored a century in 33 balls
At the same time when Saqibul Ghani scored a century in 32 balls, at the same time Ishan Kishan also scored a century in 33 balls. Ishan Kishan, who comes from Bihar, achieved this feat while playing for Jharkhand. Ishan Kishan is also the captain of Jharkhand. In his total innings, he scored 125 runs on 39 balls, which included 14 sixes.
Ayush scored 116 runs on 56 balls
Another batsman from Bihar who started his journey with a century in Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26 was Ayush Loharuka. His century was not as explosive as that of Vaibhav, Saqibul and Ishaan. But it was definitely effective. Ayush scored 116 runs in 56 balls with the help of 8 sixes.
