Dr. Amit Kumar says that 100 grams of tofu contains about eight grams of protein. Apart from this, 100 grams of tofu contains only 65 calories. Talking about the micronutrients present in tofu, about 7 milligrams of sodium, 121 milligrams of potassium, and 0.3 grams of fiber are found in 100 grams of tofu. Along with this, about 35 percent calcium, 30 percent iron, and 7 percent magnesium are also present in it.
