CAT Result 2025 Out: There is big news for lakhs of candidates who appeared in the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025. Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has officially released the CAT 2025 result. Candidates who had appeared for this examination can now check their result by visiting the official website of IIM CAT, iimcat.ac.in. Along with the result, the option to download the scorecard has also been activated. Let us tell you that CAT score is considered very important for admission in MBA and other management courses. As soon as the results are released, the path for admission in IIMs and other top B-schools is now open for the candidates.
How to download CAT 2025 scorecard?
Candidates can download their result and scorecard by following the easy steps given below-
- First of all go to the official website of IIM CAT iimcat.ac.in.
- Click on CAT 2025 Result link present on the home page.
- When the login page opens, enter your user ID and password.
- As soon as you submit, your result will appear on the screen.
- Download the scorecard and save its printout for future reference.

When was CAT 2025 exam held?
CAT 2025 was conducted on 30 November 2025. This examination was conducted at 339 examination centers in 170 cities across the country. The exam was of total 120 minutes i.e. 2 hours, which included three sections.
- VARC (Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension)
- DILR (Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning)
- QA (Quantitative Ability)
- Candidates were given 40-40 minutes for each section. This year, about 2.58 lakh candidates appeared for the CAT exam, which can give an idea of the competition in the exam.
CAT 2025 Answer Key and Objection Window
The provisional answer key of CAT 2025 was released on 4 December 2025. After this, the process of filing objections started from 8th December, which continued till 10th December 2025. During this period, a total of 187 objections were registered, out of which only one objection was considered correct after investigation. After this, the final answer key was released on 17 December 2025.
What next after CAT Result 2025?
After the CAT result, the shortlisting and interview process of IIMs and other management institutes will start. Candidates are advised to check their scorecard carefully and keep an eye on the websites of the respective institutes for further information related to admission.
