RGHS Payment Delay: RGHS services can be discontinued in Rajasthan from August 25! Private hospitals have warned of closure due to delay in payment. Postponement to government employees and public health. Will the officials resolve this crisis in time?
Rajasthan Health Services Shutdown: A big crisis has arisen in the healthcare sector in Rajasthan. Private hospital owners of the state have warned that if the payment of payment and bill deduction is not resolved under RGHS (Rajasthan Global Health Security), all services under RGHS will be discontinued from August 25. This decision will be applicable to around 700 private hospitals and pharma stores, which provide health facilities to government employees and general public.
Problem in Rghs: Delay in payment and bill deduction
The Rajasthan Alliance of All Hospital Association says that the continuous delay in payment and bills in RGHS has put private hospital operators and pharma store operators in serious crisis. Despite complaints many times, no concrete action was taken by the Health Department. The chairman of the association clarified that if the solution is not found by August 25, all RGHS services, including the supply of IPD, OPD and medicines, would be discontinued.

It has been announced to stop before
Earlier in July too, private hospital operators had planned to close RGHS services. But on 14 July, the move was postponed after talking to the Chief Government Secretary of the Health Department. Now, due to no solution on previous issues, it is ready to take serious steps again.
Government employees and patients will have a direct impact
If services are closed, treatment and medicines facilities in the hospital will be affected for government employees. In addition, small hospitals and pharma store operators will also face financial pressure. Experts say that if the resolution is not immediately found in this case, it can take the form of major dispute in the healthcare sector.
Increasing pressure on the government
The Warning of the Private Hospital Association has increased serious pressure on the Health Department. Now the Rajasthan government will have to pay immediate attention to the demands of private hospital operators and take steps to smooth the payment process. If this is not done, government employees and general public may face serious obstacles in health services.
