These 6 companies got jackpot of Rs 1.07 lakh crore, Tata's name is not in this list

The market capitalization (market cap) of six of the top 10 most valuable Sensex companies collectively increased by Rs 1,07,366.05 crore last week. State Bank of India (SBI) and ICICI Bank gained the most. On the other hand, four companies collectively suffered a loss of more than Rs 95 thousand crore. Infosys suffered the most loss. Whose market cap saw a decline of more than Rs 38 thousand crore.

Muhurta trading was conducted on BSE and NSE on November 1 on the occasion of the beginning of New Year 2081. Last week, the 30-share BSE Sensex gained 321.83 points or 0.40 percent. While the market capitalization of Reliance Industries, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India, ITC, Hindustan Unilever and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) increased during the week, the valuations of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), HDFC Bank, Bharti Airtel and Infosys declined. Increase in market cap of these companies

  1. The market cap of six of the top 10 most valuable Sensex companies collectively increased by Rs 1,07,366.05 crore last week.
  2. In the week under review, the valuation of State Bank of India increased by Rs 36,100.09 crore to Rs 7,32,755.93 crore.
  3. The market capitalization of ICICI Bank increased by Rs 25,775.58 crore to reach Rs 9,10,686.85 crore.
  4. The market capitalization of LIC increased by Rs 16,887.74 crore to Rs 5,88,509.41 crore.
  5. Reliance Industries rose by Rs 15,393.45 crore to Rs 18,12,120.05 crore.
  6. ITC added Rs 10,671.63 crore during the week and its market capitalization reached Rs 6,13,662.96 crore.
  7. Hindustan Unilever’s valuation increased by Rs 2,537.56 crore to Rs 5,96,408.50 crore.

Decline in market cap of these companies

  1. On the other hand, the market cap of 4 companies out of the top 10 companies of the country has suffered a loss of Rs 95,247.88 crore.
  2. The market value of Infosys, one of the country’s largest IT companies, declined by Rs 38,054.43 crore to Rs 7,31,442.18 crore.
  3. The valuation of Bharti Airtel, one of the country’s largest telecom companies, declined by Rs 27,299.54 crore to Rs 9,20,299.35 crore.
  4. The valuation of TCS, the country’s largest IT company, declined by Rs 26,231.13 crore and stood at Rs 14,41,952.60 crore.
  5. The market capitalization of the country’s largest private lender HDFC Bank declined by Rs 3,662.78 crore to Rs 13,26,076.65 crore.

Slight increase seen in stock market

A slight increase has been seen in the stock market last week. Bombay Stock Exchange’s main index Sensex saw a rise of 321.83 points or 0.40 percent. After which the Sensex came to 79,724.12 points. On the other hand, the main index of National Stock Exchange, Nifty, has seen an increase of 123.55 points or 0.51 percent last week. Whereas last week, on the occasion of Muhurat trading, Nifty closed at 24,304.35 points with a gain of 99 points.
