Nowadays everyone from the youth to the elderly has become a victim of alcohol addiction, which is why the problem of fatty liver is becoming so serious.
2. Don’t give up fat completely
There is no doubt that when we eat chips, red meat, French fries or take any high fat diet, the problem of fatty liver increases, but to avoid this, it is not right to give up fat completely. You should consume healthy fat only as per the quantity prescribed by the dietician.
3. Avoid sugary beverages.
To get relief from summer, we drink many beverages which contain a lot of sugar. Nowadays, young people are drinking too much of cold drinks, soft drinks etc. They contain a lot of sugar which can cause fatty liver.
