Kiara Advani is ending 2025 with gratitude. The actress gave birth to a baby girl with her husband Sidharth Malhotra and was an integral part of one of the top 10 highest-grossing films of the year, War 2. She had her first bikini scene in the spy thriller co-starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. Now, Kiara looks back at it after giving birth to her child.
In her first interview post-childbirth, she recalled working towards the bikini scene. The actress said she trained with ‘immense discipline’ for the sequence. The bikini scene was picturised on Kiara and Hrithik and featured during the song, Aavan Jaavan.

Talking to Vogue India, Kiara looked back at her journey from the song shoot to her pregnancy. She said, “After delivery, a part of me thought, ‘I’ve done this before, I’ll do it again.’ Then I realised it’s not about having the best body. When I look at my body, I think, ‘Wow, you created a human.’ Nothing compares. Now, whatever shape or size I am in, I will always respect my body. You have to respect what your body can do for you.”
She further revealed that only the director and producer of War 2 were aware of her pregnancy as she filmed for seven months. The actress shared that she would sneak into the bathroom of her vanity van before shooting emotional scenes, placed a hand on her stomach and say, “Mama is only acting, okay? This isn’t real.”

Anaita Shroff Adajania, who created Kiara’s look in War 2, said in a previous statement, “Kiara really put in the work to give us exactly the look we were going for. I wanted her to feel so at ease that she didn’t have to think about which way she was turning or what she was doing-just totally free in her body. And wow, did she deliver! That incredible body? All her. I just had the absolute pleasure of showing it off.”
Nutrition Coach Nicole Linhares Kedia had said in a statement, “We didn’t do anything drastic or unhealthy, no extreme cutting or water depletion,” Nicole recalls. “I coordinated with the local chefs every night after dinner to plan the next day’s meals… We designed menus that aligned with her macros and the demands of the shoot.”
“This journey was more than just about a physical transformation; it was about trust, discipline, and shared ambition. Kiara was incredibly committed. She doesn’t believe in shortcuts, and she showed up for herself every single day,” she added.
Kiara and Sidharth were blessed with a daughter on July 15, 2025. Announcing her name, the couple wrote on Instagram, From our prayers, to our arms. our divine blessing, our princess, Saraayah Malhotra.” According to reports, Kiara has been approached for the biopic of Meena Kumari. An official announcement is awaited.
