New Delhi [भारत]June 30 (ANI): Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini along with Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Tuesday inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of development projects worth about Rs 125 crore for Bawal assembly constituency in Rewari district. On this occasion, Haryana Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana and former minister Banwari Lal were also present. During the closing ceremony of ‘Khet Bachao Abhiyan’ organized at the Agricultural College campus of Haryana Agricultural University in Bawal on Tuesday, Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Chief Minister Saini inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of several development projects in the Bawal area.

The projects inaugurated include Government Girls College, Bawal, built at a cost of Rs 19.75 crore; A shopping complex and parking facility developed by the Municipality, Bawal at a cost of Rs 20.29 crore; and the new building of Rampura Police Station constructed at a cost of Rs 3.33 crore.

Foundation stone laid for these projects

Similarly, Cement Concrete (CC) road to be constructed in Phase-III of IMT Bawal at a cost of Rs 31.26 crore; A water house project to be developed at a cost of Rs 28.78 crore for AIIMS Majra; 33 KV substation to be established at village Ransi Majri at a cost of Rs 6.60 crore; And foundation stone of another 33 KV substation was laid at village Bidawas at a cost of Rs 8.19 crore.

Under the development initiatives, a link road from Bishanpur Gujar Majri and Gujjar ki Dhani to Peeli Wali Dhani at a cost of Rs 49 lakh; a primary health center at village Bakhapur at a cost of Rs 4.58 crore; And the foundation stone of sub-health centers at village Manethi and village Bhalkhi Majra was also laid, each of which will be constructed at a cost of Rs 55 lakh.
