Father does not accept suicide
However, the Central SP denied that he was under pressure. He said that such things have not come to our notice yet. His nephew was with us since morning. Vinod Singh, father of the deceased ASI, said that he does not consider this incident as suicide. We had told our son to come home during Diwali, then he said that if we don’t get leave then how will we come home? Then I told him to come in two-four days for Chhath Puja, then he said that he will come when he gets leave.
Information was received at 4:30 in the morning
He had not gone home for almost a month. Vinod Singh also said that our son was not like that. We do not believe it is suicide. Our son cannot commit suicide. The relative of the deceased said that we received information that Ajit had committed suicide. When we came, no one was touching his dead body. His body was lying on the bed. Around 4:30 in the morning we got a call that your uncle had opened fire.
Had received the honor thrice
I met him only yesterday. He had been promoted, but was not being posted in the police station. Was under mental stress regarding leave. A madam had come from Gandhi Maidan police station, but she did not even go inside. He had done better things. That’s why he was honored thrice.
