A strange case has come to light from Patna, the capital of Bihar. There was a fierce fight between brother-in-law and sister-in-law on the middle of the road near Rajdhani Patna Junction Golambar. Seeing the high voltage drama happening on the road, a crowd of local people gathered and information about the incident was given to dial 112. Police reached the spot and pacified the matter and both were taken to the Kotwali police station. The woman has alleged that the brother-in-law had physical relations with her on the pretext of marriage.
According to the information received from the police, the woman alleges that she was married to Dinesh Kumar of Nalanda since 2017. Dinesh died of Corona in 2020, three years after marriage. In such a situation, her brother-in-law Gautam Kumar had physical relations with her for 6 months on the pretext of marriage. When she protested, the woman was harassed by her in-laws and thrown out of the house. Gautam Kumar has accused his sister-in-law of making false allegations for money. Police have registered the case and started investigation.
Brother-in-law had given assurance of marriage
The woman alleges that her in-laws threw her out of the house after beating her on July 10, 2022. After this she came to her maternal home with her little daughter. The woman told that even when she went to her in-laws’ house, sometimes they did not allow her to enter the house and sometimes they sent her away after one or two months. The woman told that after her husband’s death, her in-laws had promised her to marry her brother-in-law, which was not fulfilled.
Brother-in-law made these allegations
In this case, Gautam alleges that his sister-in-law has already filed a case by making false allegations. Gautam alleges that his marriage is on 10th December, which his sister-in-law is trying to stop. Because of this she came to his office and started beating him. Apart from this, Gautam has also accused his sister-in-law of attempting to kidnap her. Gautam says that his sister-in-law along with her brother and others were trying to kidnap him.
