Patel Retail IPO saw a tremendous demand among investors. The IPO opened on August 19 and closed on 21 August. It received a total subscription of 95.69 times. Talking about subscription details, QIB- 272.14 times, NII- 108.11 times and retail investors- 42.55 times. The IPO offer included a fresh issue of 217.21 crore and an offer for 25.55 crore. The price band was kept at 237–255 per share and lot size 58 shares. In addition, 51,000 shares were reserved for employees, which had a discount of 20 per share.
