A suspicious blast was carried out last night at a petrol pump on Sirsa Road in Mansa, Punjab. After the incident, the petrol pump owner received a call and message from a foreign mobile number. The caller first threatened the petrol pump owner over the phone, then sent a message demanding a ransom of Rs 5 crore. The petrol pump owner immediately informed the police. The police is now busy investigating this blast.
A bomb-like object was thrown and blasted at a petrol pump located on Sirsa Road in Mansa at around 1 am last night, after which the petrol pump owner was called and messaged from a foreign number through WhatsApp call and responsibility for the blast was taken. It was said in the message that they had thrown a grenade at the petrol pump and it was just a trailer. If he is not given Rs 5 crore, his house will be attacked and the family will be killed.
