‘Disastrous washroom, terrible smell’: Shocking details from Diljit Dosanjh’s concert

New Delhi: Over the weekend, Diljit Dosanjh won the hearts of music lovers in Delhi with his back-to-back captivating performances. And, as a result, Netizens have now flooded social media with exciting pictures and videos from his concerts in the national capital.

While it turned out to be a memory of a lifetime for many, some were left unimpressed with the event’s management.

On Sunday (October 27, 2024), an X (formerly known as Twitter) user, Siddharth (@SidKeVichaar), took to the microblogging platform to reveal surprising details from Diljit’s Dil-Luminati India Tour. Siddharth claimed that the gates of the venue did not open until 5:30 PM and the concert itself did not start until 8 PM, resulting in fans waiting for hours.

According to Siddharth, the washrooms were entirely unhygienic for females and boasted a foul smell with improper lighting. He further alleged that, when a girl passed out in the crowd, none of the event staff or management came forward to assist. However, the girl was eventually taken to the first aid station and later transported to a hospital.

The situation was even worse when it came to food and beverages. Siddharth mentioned that a fight broke out between the event management and members of the audience, which ultimately led to the closure of the beverage counter. After the brawl, there were no drinks or even water available after 9 PM. Siddharth’s thread on X has since gone viral, garnering more than five lakh views and receiving numerous comments.
