At the same time, there may be imprisonment of up to two years or a fine of up to Rs 50 lakh, or both for those who advertise in violation of the rules in the provisions, or both.
Social games will be promoted
Online real-mani gaming platforms will introduce themselves as a skill-based game to separate themselves from gambling or betting, they will not be punished.
