Material
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 bay leaf (dried or slightly torn)
1 tsp tea leaves
sugar or jaggery as per taste
Method of preparation
- First of all, pour water in a pan and keep it to boil. As soon as the water boils, add bay leaves and let it boil on low flame for 23 minutes.
- Now add tea leaves to it and let it boil. After this add milk and let it cook on low flame for 23 minutes.
- Add sugar or jaggery as per taste and boil once again. Turn off the gas, filter the tea and serve it hot.
