What is the other activity?

third activity
The third activity to keep the liver healthy is also very simple. You have to raise your hand and then place the palm of the other hand in the middle of the armpit. Bend the hand at the elbow and then move it forcefully up and down. Take the hand down and then up.
fourth activity
After three activities, take both your hands towards the front and then make fists, bend the elbows and take the fists near the chest. After this you have to move your hands up and down forcefully again.
fifth activity
Like the fourth activity, in the fifth also bring both your hands towards the front and then close the fists, after this you have to pull the hands backwards and forcefully leave them forward.
