A person asked Premanand Maharaj a question about this. The person asked Premanand Maharaj that sometimes we have to fire some employees considering the conditions of the office, so is this a sin?

Answering this question, Premanand Maharaj said that if an employee is not a criminal and you fire someone as per your wish or against your will, then according to divine law, you are guilty. Because the entire family of the person who works for a living is connected with him. There are many employees who do not work against religion.
Premanand Maharaj said that if you fire good and honest employees, then the pain they suffer will be considered a sin and you will have to suffer it. After this the person asked Premanand Maharaj whether it is a sin to fire employees even when the company is incurring losses?
Under what circumstances should an employee be fired?
On this, Premanand Maharaj said that if there are 500 people in the company and it can support only 300 people, then in such a situation it is not a sin to fire the employees. Premanand Maharaj further said that if an employee has not committed any major mistake, then he should not be fired from the job and should be given a second opportunity. If the mistake is not forgivable, then you can be fired from the job.
