Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon 2 Box Office Day 8: Kapil Sharma’s Film Collects Just Rs 22 Lakh

Kapil Sharma, who dominates the TV screens with his comedy, has failed to make a mark on the silver screen with his latest release, Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon 2. The film continues to see a sharp decline at the box office on its eighth day.

Early estimates suggest the film collected just Rs 22 lakh on Friday, Day 8, as audiences flocked to bigger releases like Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar and James Cameron’s Avatar: Fire and Ash.

This brings the total Indian gross to Rs 13.14 crore, while overseas collections stand at approximately Rs 0.85 crore, taking the overall global total to Rs 13.99 crore.

Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon 2 box office collection

The film had a steady start over the first weekend, collecting Rs 1.85 crore on opening day, followed by Rs 2.5 crore on Saturday and Rs 2.9 crore on Sunday. However, weekday collections saw a significant drop: Rs 0.9 crore on Monday, Rs 1.1 crore on Tuesday, Rs 0.85 crore on Wednesday, and Rs 0.75 crore on Thursday.

With Friday’s collection, the total box office earnings for the film now stand at approximately Rs 11.07 crore.

Overall viewership on Day 7

According to Sacnilk, Lucknow, Chennai, and Jaipur have recorded the highest overall viewership on Day 7, while cities like Surat, Ahmedabad and Kolkata remain on the lower end.

Lucknow leads with an overall 24.25 percent viewership, with evening shows seeing the highest engagement at 35 percent. Chennai follows closely at 23 percent, with afternoon shows having 29 percent audience, while Jaipur records an overall 23.25 percent, with peak viewership during the night at 35 percent.

Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon 2 Cast

Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon 2 is a sequel to the 2015 film with the same name. The first part opened strongly with Rs 7.65 crore on its first day and maintained a solid trend throughout its run.

The film collected Rs 36.80 crore in its first week and eventually wrapped up its theatrical journey with Rs 42 crore net.

Directed by Anukalp Goswami, the film stars Ayesha Khan, Parul Gulati, Tridha Choudhury, Hira Warina and Manjot Singh in key roles.

Dhurandar and Avatar: Fire and Ash box office

Dhurandar maintains its stronghold at the box office, with trade analysts estimating Rs 500 crore in India and Rs 800 crore globally after 15 days of theatrical release. The film has already surpassed the second-week collections of blockbuster hits like Pathaan and Gadar 2.

Meanwhile, Hollywood’s latest release, Avatar: Fire And Ash, made a promising start in India with Rs 20 crore on its opening day.
