To apply for these posts, candidates must have graduation and B.Ed. (B.Ed.). For Hindi, English, Mathematics, Sanskrit, Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi and Gujarati subjects, graduation degrees and B.Ed are essential in the relevant subject. Science subject should have graduation and B.Ed with two subjects of subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry. For the subject of social science, you can apply graduation and B.Ed degree with two subjects like history, political science, sociology, geography, economics, public administration, philosophy.

The minimum age for most subjects has been fixed at 18 years and maximum age is 40 years. It includes Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Urdu and Punjabi. Candidates of Sindhi and Gujarati subjects have been given special discounts and they will get 3 years extra discount in the age limit. RPSC has made some changes in the eligibility conditions of this recruitment on 14 August 2025. Therefore, before applying, candidates must read new guidelines.
What is RPSC Senior Teacher Recruitment 2025 Application Fee?
Candidates of General (Unreserved), Creamy Layer OBC and Creamy Layer EBC will have to pay Rs 600. At the same time, the application fee for SC, ST, Non-Creeme Layer OBC, Non-Creeme Layer EBC, EWS, Saharia Primitive Tribe and Divyang candidates is Rs 400.
