Mutton Kalmi Kebab Recipe
Material
- 500 grams mutton mince
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp roasted gram flour
- salt as per taste
- butter or oil
Method of preparation
First of all, mix onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and all the spices in mutton mince and knead it well. Now add roasted gram flour to it so that the kebabs do not break. Apply some oil on your hands and shape it into a long kebab. Place them on a skewer or wooden stick and bake them in tandoor, oven or pan until they turn golden. Finally, apply butter on top and serve hot.

- 500 grams mutton
- 2 onions
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- coconut flakes
- curry leaves
- chilli powder
- coriander powder
- garam masala
- oil and salt
Method of preparation
Cook the mutton with salt and turmeric in a pressure cooker until soft. Now heat oil in a pan and fry curry leaves and onion. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato and cook. Then mix all the spices and coconut shavings. Now add cooked mutton and fry on high flame until the spices dry thoroughly. Serve it with paratha or rice.
Taste the Mutton Pepper Fry

- 500 grams mutton
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 onion
- Curry leaf
- Ginger-Garlic Paste
- Fennel
- Turmeric
- oil and salt
Method of preparation
First of all, cook the mutton in the cooker by adding turmeric and salt. Now heat oil in the pan and fry fennel, curry leaves and onion in it. Then add ginger-garlic paste and cook. Add boiled mutton and crushed black pepper to it. Fry on low flame until the spices stick well to the mutton. Finally add some black pepper on top and serve hot.

- 500 grams mutton
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp curd
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- black pepper
- Curry leaf
- tamarind water
- Ginger-Garlic Paste
- salt as per taste
Method of preparation
Marinate the mutton with curd, ginger-garlic paste and spices and keep it for some time. Now cook it in the cooker until it becomes soft. Heat ghee in the pan and add curry leaves. Then mix spices and tamarind water and fry. Add cooked mutton to it and cook on low flame until ghee starts rising. This dish will be spicy and very tasty.
