The trailer of ‘Ikka’, released on June 29, stars Sunny Deol, Akshay Khanna, Dia Mirza, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Tillotama Shome. One moment that was most special for the fans was the introduction of the actor in the end credits as ‘Dharmendra’s son, Sunny Deol’.
Speaking to the media during the trailer launch in Mumbai, Sunny was asked about the makers’ decision to credit him as ‘Dharmendra’s son’. The actor replied emotionally. Sunny said, “I am always my father’s son and will always remain so… nothing beyond that.”
