Prime Minister Narendra Modi met members of the Indian community on the last day of his visit to Seychelles and also interacted with NRIs in Victoria and posed for photographs. He visited Lord Ganesha and offered prayers at Arul Mihu Navashakti Vinayakar Temple and offered floral tributes at the statue of Mahatma Gandhi at Peace Park. Many important agreements were also reached during this visit. Prime Minister Modi was also awarded ‘Guardian of the Blue Horizon’, Seychelles’ highest civilian honour.
