A similar horrifying scene was seen in a village in Ghazipur, where people armed with sticks and sharp weapons attacked a family in broad daylight. Within a few minutes the entire area was filled with screams. 17 people of the same family were injured in this violent clash, while the video of the incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media.
This sensational incident took place in village Pakadpur of Kotwali police station area of the city. The long standing land dispute suddenly took a violent turn. It is alleged that the bullies systematically attacked their own neighbors and within no time the matter turned into a bloody conflict.
They entered the house and showered sticks and sharp weapons on them.
According to the victim’s side, on the morning of 16 December 2025, dozens of people entered the house armed with axes, rammas, daavs, tangis and sticks. The attackers started the deadly attack without saying anything. During this period, even women, children, teenagers and the elderly were not spared.
The victim’s family says that the matter of the disputed land is pending in the court and a stay order to maintain the status quo is also in force. Despite this, the opposition side was trying to take control forcibly. In protest against this, things went wrong and violence broke out.

Women’s honor also attacked, saved lives by hiding in rooms
Family members alleged that women and girls were molested during the attack. The situation became so dire that the women of the family somehow managed to save their lives and honor by locking themselves in their rooms.
The injured say that two days before the incident, an application was submitted to the Kotwali police regarding the safety of life and property. But the officers on duty did not take the matter seriously. The victims allege that this negligence gave a free hand to the attackers.
Injured Aarti Yadav, admitted in the emergency ward of the district hospital, told that suddenly dozens of people entered the house and she was hit on the head with sticks, due to which blood started flowing. He said that even small children were not spared. Injured Abhishek Yadav told that if the police had taken action in time, this accident could have been prevented.
17 injured admitted in district hospital, condition stable
Doctor Shubham Sharma informed that 17 people injured in the fight from Pakadpur village have been brought to the district hospital. Everyone is undergoing treatment and at present their condition is said to be stable.
There has been a stir on social media after the video of the incident surfaced. In the video, women, elderly people and youth are seen attacking each other with sticks, which has further highlighted the seriousness of the matter.
Police claims, strict action will be taken against the culprits
SP City Rakesh Kumar Mishra said that there was a fight between two parties over a land dispute. The injured have been admitted to the hospital and the matter is being investigated impartially. In view of the tension in the village, police force has been deployed and strict action will be taken against the culprits. The victim’s family has demanded immediate arrest of the accused and permanent security. Now all eyes are on the action of the administration.
