In Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, the police has arrested a coaching operator who quenched his thirst for lust under the guise of education. The accused molested the minor student and asked her to go to the hotel on the pretext of extra class.
Not only this, the accused caught hold of the minor’s hand. The scared student stopped going for tuition due to fear, after which the family members came to know the truth and the matter came to light.
Called me outside the coaching class and said- I liked you
Actually, accused Vipin Sharma runs coaching in Madhuban Colony of BNP police station area. On June 19, the accused called the minor student of his class out alone and started talking obscenely. The accused said, ‘I have liked you since the day you came to talk to me for coaching. I need a girl like you who can fulfill my wishes by having a love relationship with me, who can take care of me, understand me, and make time for me. You are perfect for me.
‘Take out 2 hours, we will go to the hotel’
The accused further said, ‘You will have to spare two hours for me. The car will be mine, all the hotel expenses will be mine. This matter should remain between you and me only. When the student refused, he said that he would talk to her mother. He wants a yes or no answer. He caught hold of the student’s hand due to which she got scared and went back to the class.
The student complained after reaching the police station with her mother.
When the student was not going to coaching for several days, her mother asked her the reason, after which she told the whole story. On hearing this, the student’s mother took her to the police station and lodged a complaint. It is alleged that the police was not writing the complaint of POSCO and as soon as the complaint was received, Karni Sena Working President Vishal alias Chintu Raghuvanshi reached the spot late in the night and intervened. They threatened to surround the police station, after which the police invoked POCSO section and arrested the accused teacher.
Giving information, police station in-charge Preeti Katare said that on the basis of the complaint, an FIR has been registered against the accused under sections related to POCSO Act and molestation and the matter has been taken up for investigation. The police took immediate action and arrested the accused. The accused was produced in the court, from where further legal action is being taken.
