Step 1: Marinate the chicken
First of all, wash the chicken thoroughly and make light cuts so that the spices can reach inside. Now in a large bowl, mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, all the spices, lemon juice, mustard oil and salt. Add chicken to this mixture and coat it well. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for at least 2 hours. The taste will be even better if you marinate it in the refrigerator overnight.
