According to the Panchang, the Ashtami date of Krishna Paksha of Ashwin month will start at 05 am on September 14. At the same time, this date will conclude at 03:06 pm on 15 September. Therefore, according to Udayatithi, Jitiya fast will be kept on 14 September.

Worship of Jitiya Vrat
