3.9 magnitude earthquake in Kangra, Himachal, people out of homes
Earthquake tremors were felt in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh at 9:28 pm on Monday night. According to the National Earthquake Science Center, the intensity of the earthquake was 3.9 on the Richter scale and its center was in a depth of 10 km, about 23 km from Dharamshala. People came out of the houses fearfully due to a sudden shock. It is a matter of relief that there is no news of loss of life and property from this earthquake.
