Madhya Pradesh Police Recruitment: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has talked about recruitment of 22500 posts in the police department in the coming 3 years keeping in mind the law and order in Madhya Pradesh and Simhastha-2028. Till now, the recruitment in the police department was done through the Employees Selection Board. The Madhya Pradesh Police Recruitment Board will now be formed to provide human resources to the police as soon as possible and this board will work to recruit the police. This will bring three things in police recruitment, transparency and perfection. The announcement of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav is seeing enthusiasm among the youth. He is seen saying thanks to CM Mohan Yadav.
Chief Minister Dr. said that the recruitment of the posts approved in the police for the year 2025 will be ‘Employees Selection Board’ on behalf of ‘Madhya Pradesh Police Recruitment Board’. From the year 2026, these recruitments will be done by the ‘Police Recruitment Board’. Every year 7500 vacant police posts will be recruited and thus all the vacant 22,500 posts of the police department will be filled in the coming 3 years. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that to speed up the modernization and recruitment process of all the services related to the Home Department, a joint meeting of the Home and Finance Department will be resolved properly.
From children to widows, attention is kept
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has also announced reservation on an additional seat in various priority categories in all the courses of martyrs of police, jail and city service and security for children. It has also been decided to give special allowance and risk allowance to the Deputy Superintendent of Police and higher officials including security staff posted in VVIP duty. These facilities being given to the police department will make the way the department work and the morale of the officers and employees will increase, which will strengthen the law and order in the state and the public will get security shield.
