On 18 August 2025, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi. In this meeting, the two leaders discussed the development works and upcoming plans of the state. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav invited the Prime Minister to come to Madhya Pradesh so that the proposed Kisan Sammelan in the state and the coach construction factory of Bhopal Metro Train could be inaugurated. During the meeting, the progress of agricultural development, infrastructure projects and metro projects in the state was discussed in detail. The Chief Minister also demanded PM Modi to increase employment generation and investment opportunities for the youth of the state. Prime Minister Modi appreciated the progress of the state and assured to take steps to boost morale. This meeting is considered an important step towards strengthening the coordination between the state government and the Center. Along with this, there was an indication that there will be a focus on implementing development schemes in Madhya Pradesh rapidly.
