Migrant expressed resentment over the harassment
Mamta Banerjee’s party TMC said that this decision has been taken in view of allegations of alleged harassment and linguistic discrimination with the migrants from Bengal in BJP ruled states. The official said that in such an environment, the Chief Minister does not want to share the stage with the central government officials.
Invitation of Railway Minister
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw wrote a letter on August 14, inviting Mamata Banerjee to Mamta Banerjee for the inauguration of three metro projects Sealdah-Epland Green Line, Hemanta Mukhopadhyay (Ruby Crossing)-Belghata Orange Line and Noapada-Jai Hind Aircraft (Airport) Yellow Line. But the Mamta government has decided to stay away from it.
