Most of the cells of companies like Maruti Suzuki and Hero MotoCorp come from the rural market. Hero MotoCorp to-wheeler, Maruti is for Suzuki Four Wheelers. According to media reports, there may be preparations to bring two separate GST slabs for four wheelers. Tax on small cars up to 1,200 cc decreased from 28% to 18% and up to 1,200 cc petrol or 1,500 cc to deduct tax deduction on diesel cars. Currently, small cars are charged 28% GST and 1-3% cess tax. This stock rose due to this factors. Most of Maruti cars are lower than 1,200 cc engine, while high-CC cars fall in hybrid category.
