Shantanu said- “My grandfather was called Kashai (meaning a butcher) and Patha (which means goat), which is derogatory, but that does not mean that he should not be introduced in the movie in this way. I think Vivek should have done more research on this. Where did he get this wrong information? He never contacted us. So we will continue to protest and we will continue to have a legal notice.”
