Dubai’s Danube Group has completely sold a premium commercial tower named after Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan. The total sale of this tower built in about 10 lakh sq ft has been done for more than Rs 5,000 crore. Due to the increasing demand for offices, this project became popular as soon as it was launched.
Tower sold for Rs 5000 crore
This commercial tower SHAHRUKHZ by Danube, being built on Dubai’s famous Sheikh Zayed Road, is being built at a cost of approximately Rs 3,500 crore. At an event held at the Dubai Exhibition Center on Tuesday night, Rizwan Sajjan, founder and chairman of Danube Group, announced that the entire tower had been sold. Shahrukh Khan was also present at the event, and around 7,000 people, including many real estate brokers, attended the event.

The company has received total bookings of AED 2.1 billion (ie more than Rs 5,000 crore) from this project, which is much more than the initial estimate. On this occasion, Shahrukh Khan said, a project of such a large scale is being built in my name in Dubai. It is a matter of honor for me. Dubai has always given me a lot of love. This city is built on courage, imagination and the mindset that anything is possible.
