In the video, Baba Ramdev explains that to make the super tonic drink, you need a large glass of milk. Milk is an excellent source of calcium, which helps strengthen bones. Add grated ginger to the milk, followed by turmeric, Patanjali saffron, 1–2 drops of shilajit and honey. The drink will look similar to coffee. Sprinkle a little cinnamon powder on top. Drink it every day in winter. He adds that if you also take chyawanprash with this milk, you won’t face any winter-related health issues.

How to make a winter drink without milk

Baba Ramdev says that those who don’t drink milk need not worry. The drink can be prepared without milk too. Take a glass of warm water and add a few strands of saffron, a pinch of ginger, a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of shilajit and cinnamon powder. Add honey on top and drink it. It tastes good and helps strengthen immunity while boosting overall energy.
