His agent, Elvis Basanovic, expressed confidence in both Sesko’s recovery and Amorim’s leadership. Sesko has been sidelined for four Premier League matches since an injury against Tottenham in early November. Despite scoring only twice in 11 league appearances since joining from RB Leipzig, he is keen to get back on the field.
Basanovic shared updates on Sesko’s rehabilitation with Slovenian broadcaster Arena Sport, stating that the striker is progressing well and misses playing. “Benjamin is feeling very good, his rehab is going as planned,” Basanovic said.
