On Sunday, the condition of a finance executive suddenly deteriorated at the Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in the capital Lucknow and he died during treatment. It was as if the news of flight cancellation had given him a deep blow to his heart.
Anoop had left for Delhi, suddenly his health deteriorated.
A finance executive named Anup, resident of Kanpur, was going to Delhi in connection with his work. He had booked Indigo flight 6E-6148. They also reached the airport on time, but then they got information that the flight was delayed by two hours. After some time the flight was completely canceled.
Anoop looked stressed after hearing this news. It was necessary for him to reach Delhi on Sunday under any circumstances. In such a situation, he stayed there waiting for the second flight.

Waited for 5 hours, then got chest pain.
According to family members, he kept wandering at the airport for about five hours. Amidst the continuous questioning, anxiety and stress, Anup suddenly felt severe chest pain. He fell unconscious there. Immediately CISF and airport staff tried to take care of him by giving CPR. After this he was taken to Lokbandhu Hospital in 108 ambulance.
Died in hospital, heart attack confirmed
Doctors admitted Anoop to the ICU, but he died at 7:45 pm. In the preliminary investigation, doctors have declared cardiac arrest as the cause of death. The family says that if the flight had not been cancelled, this accident might not have happened. The stress proved fatal for him.
Silence of airlines and airports raises questions
Even after this tragic incident, no official statement has come from the Airport Authority and Indigo management. The family is in shock and questions are being raised on the disorganization of flight services.
