One of the important positions of Indian democracy, the time of election for the post of Vice President is now close. This time the BJP will deeply deliberately make such a leader its candidate, who is fully connected to the ideology of the party and the Sangh. The long list of potential candidates is in discussion in this election to be held on 9 September. Names like Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan, Gujarat’s Acharya Devvratta, Thawarchand Gehlot of Karnataka, Om Mathur of Sikkim and Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha of Jammu and Kashmir are prominent. Apart from these, senior Sangh thinker Seshadri Chari and Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh are also involved in this race.
