Ashtami Tithi of Krishna Paksha of Paush month in December will start on 11th December at 01:57 pm. This day is Thursday. This date will end on Friday, December 12 at 02:56 am. In such a situation, this year’s last Kalashtami and Kaal Bhairav Jayanti will be celebrated on 11th December, Thursday.
Kalashtami Puja Vidhi
On the day of Kalashtami, one should wake up early in the morning and take bath. Then one should wear clean clothes. After this, the place of worship should be cleaned and decorated with flowers and lamps. Then the idol or picture of Lord Kaal Bhairav should be kept. After this, Lord Kaal Bhairav should be bathed with Ganga water. Then flowers, sandalwood, roli, vermillion etc. should be offered to them.
After this, various mantras of Lord Kaal Bhairav should be chanted and praised. Then they should be offered food. They may be offered fruits, sweets, or other offerings. In the end, Aarti of God should be done. On this day, bread should be fed to a black dog. Mustard oil lamp must be lit.
