Winter Super Drink Almond Milk

To make this drink, you will need 3 fourth cup almonds, 7 to 8 dates, 1 pinch saffron threads, 1 fourth teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 tablespoon almonds separately for garnish which will add crunch to the drink. Also take 1 tablespoon pistachio shavings. Apart from this, you will need at least 4 cups of milk and 2 to 3 spoons of water.

First of all, keep the milk to boil and grind the 3/4 cup almonds you have taken well with some water. Now take out the seeds of dates and grind them well and add both the things to milk. When the milk comes to two boils, then add saffron, bring to a boil and serve hot. Garnish with almond and pistachio slivers on top.
Note: Vegans can make this recipe with water instead of milk, which will result in only almond-saffron milk and will be tasty as well as healthy.
