Amid the buzz and anticipation, ex-contestants are now backing their favourites from the finalists. Earlier, Mridul Tiwari and Shehbaz Badesha engaged in a fun banter over supporting Gaurav Khanna and Amaal Mallik, respectively. Now, Zeishan Quadri has called Baseer, Amaal and himself a trio at the start of the season, further supporting Mallik.

And then #shehbaaz joined in and we are an awesome foursome now. All three of us want Amal to get the trophy home and we are very excited for the finale.”

Earlier today, Amaal Mallik’s father Daboo Malik took a moment to praise his son’s friendship with ex-contestant Baseer Ali mentioning that Ali stood by him as a ‘rock’.
