Kashi-Tamil Sangamam: Grand welcome for 250 guests in Ayodhya, guests became emotional after seeing Ramlala.

250 guests from Kashi were given a grand welcome under the Kashi-Tamil Sangamam in Ayodhya. They visited Ramlala and Hanumangarhi and shared emotion filled moments at Ram ki Pauri.

Ayodhya. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, 250 distinguished guests from Kashi were given a grand and traditional welcome in Ayodhya under the fourth edition of Kashi-Tamil Sangamam. As soon as the guests reached Ayodhya in a convoy of luxury buses, they were enthusiastically welcomed at Ram Ki Pauri amid the sound of drums, conch shells and shower of flowers. Senior administrative officials welcomed all the guests in traditional manner.

The journey started with the darshan of Ramlala, emotions gathered at Ram’s temple.

After reaching Ayodhya, the guests first worshiped Ramlala in the newly constructed grand Ram temple. The deep devotion seen in the eyes of the Tamil guests during the darshan made the atmosphere emotional and sacred.

After this all the guests reached Hanumangarhi and received blessings after seeing Bajrangbali. The final leg of the event took the guests to Ram Ki Paidi, where they enjoyed the divine view of the Saryu River, the Aarti site and the entire complex. The deafening shouts of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ and the faith of Tamil devotees made the atmosphere joyful.

Unique combination of special food and cultural dialogue

After the darshan, special food was arranged for the guests in the newly constructed auditorium of Ayodhya Dham bus stand. A beautiful fusion of Awadhi and North Indian flavors along with traditional dishes was served here. The guests sat together and had food and interacted with each other, strengthening the close bond between North and South Indian culture.

Beautiful example of Indian cultural unity

The entire event emerged as a living symbol of the unity, diversity and cultural bridge of Indian culture. The centuries-old Ram-bandhan between North India and South India was once again seen in a strong form. The guests observed the development works done by the Yogi government in Ayodhya including Ram Ki Paidi and openly appreciated them. According to District Magistrate Nikhil Tikaram, this visit left unforgettable memories, reverence and deep emotional connection towards Ayodhya in the minds of the Tamil guests. Tight security arrangements were made throughout the city, due to which the program was conducted in a peaceful and dignified manner.
