Maritime cooperation and polar waters
5- Agreement on training of specialists for ships operating in polar waters between the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways of India and the Ministry of Transport of Russia. This means that now Indian sailors will be given training to operate ships in icy sea areas.
6- Apart from this, both the countries will move forward with new energy on investment on new shipping lane between India and Russia, NSTC, Northern Sea Route. Agreements and MoUs signed on civil nuclear energy and critical minerals.

8- Protocol for cooperation in the exchange of pre-arrival information in respect of goods and vehicles transported between the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs of the Government of India and Russia.
9- Bilateral Agreement between the Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications of India and JSC Russian Post.
Educational Co-operation
10- Agreement on scientific and educational co-operation between Defense Advanced Technology Institute, Pune and National Tomsk State University of Russia.
11- Agreement regarding cooperation between Mumbai University, Lomonosov Moscow State University and Joint-Stock Company Management Company of Russian Direct Investment Fund.

12- Agreement for cooperation and coordination on broadcasting between India’s Prasar Bharati and Russia’s joint stock company Gazprom-Media Holding.
