He saw that a 22-year-old girl was trying to get out of the dog’s cage in the neighboring house. She was screaming continuously while trying to get out of the cage. After this Justin informed the police about this incident.

Justin shared a video of this incident on social media. Hearing the sound of crying at night, Justin turned on his phone camera and went towards the neighbor’s house. On reaching there, they saw the 22-year-old girl trying to escape from the dog cage. Also standing nearby was the homeowner, Candy “Candy” Thompson. When Justin asked why the mentally ill girl was locked in a cage, he said that she was urinating everywhere in the house. After this, in the video Justin can be heard telling the girl not to cry, help is coming.

Based on Justin’s information, the police arrived and arrested 60-year-old neighbor Candy. Reports say he was initially arrested and released, but Kandy was re-arrested the next day on additional charges. Candy, a former Anson police chief, and her late husband adopted more than 50 children over the years before her husband’s death in 2020. According to reports, when police reached the home, the two adult adopted daughters were still at home.
