Vaibhav Suryavanshi vs Arjun Tendulkar:Goa defeated Bihar in the Group B match of Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Vaibhav Suryavanshi batted well in this match but despite this he could not lead his team to victory. On the other hand, Arjun Tendulkar also bowled brilliantly for Goa which helped Goa to win. In this match, Bihar scored 180 runs in 20 overs but Goa chased this score one ball earlier. Kashyap Bakhale and Suyyash Prabhudesai scored excellent half-centuries in Goa’s victory.

An interesting clash was seen between Arjun Tendulkar and Vaibhav Suryavanshi at the ground of Jadavpur University in Kolkata. Arjun gave only 5 runs in the first over, in which Suryavanshi hit a four on his ball. After this, in the next over also Suryavanshi hit 2 fours in his over. However, Arjun spent only 16 runs in his first two overs. This bowling was good against a stormy batsman like Suryavanshi. Arjun dismissed Bihar wicketkeeper Ayush Loharuka in his second spell and after that he also took the wicket of Suraj Kashyap. This player took 2 wickets for 32 runs in 4 overs.

Suryavanshi could have played more innings but he lost his wicket on the ball of Deepraj Gaonkar. Captain Saqibul Ghani scored 60 runs for Bihar. Akash Raj played an inning of 40 runs. Bihar team reached 180 runs in 20 overs.

Arjun Tendulkar came to the crease for Goa and this player hit a four but then Suraj Kashyap’s excellent ball blew away his stumps. Arjun could score only 4 runs. Abhinav Tejrana was also out on the first ball but after this Kashyap Bakhale scored 64 runs and captain Suyash Prabhudesai scored 79 runs to give the team victory. Lalit Yadav also made an important contribution in the victory by playing an unbeaten inning of 21 runs in 12 balls.
