Varanasi News: Uttar Pradesh Police has arrested a 65-year-old man who has been accused of raping a 9-year-old girl in Varanasi. The accused had taken away the innocent child while he was sleeping.
Varanasi. A case of a disgusting act with a 9 year old girl has come to light in Varanasi. The family members have filed a case against 65-year-old Hakim. The family alleges that the incident was carried out by abducting the sleeping girl at home, taking her to another place and then leaving her back. After getting information about the incident, the family members registered a case at the Kotwali police station. The police have registered a case under the POCSO Act and arrested the accused. Sent the victim for medical treatment and started further legal proceedings.
Elder sister told the police about the pain of the innocent child
Reached the Kotwali police station regarding the brutality of an alleged doctor on a 9 year old innocent girl living in the Kotwali police station area. The local people along with the family members of the innocent girl caught the 65 year old accused Hakim and handed him over to the Kotwali police. In this case, Inspector Kotwali Dayashankar Singh said that an FIR has been registered on the complaint of the victim’s elder sister and action is being taken against the accused Hakim. The analysis based on the medical examination of the girl will be presented in the court.
The beast had taken away the sleeping girl
The elder sister of the innocent told that the mother had passed away. She lives with her father and four siblings. The victim’s elder sister lodged a complaint in the Kotwali police station alleging that her sister was sleeping in the house. On Wednesday morning, 65-year-old Mahmood Ali, resident of Katehar area, reached there and picked up the sleeping girl and took her home with him. Where Mahmood did dirty work. The girl somehow ran away from there and came home and narrated her ordeal to her family.
When the rapist was caught from his house
On which the local people along with the family members of the innocent reached the house of the accused and caught him and took him to the police station. Regarding the incident, Inspector Kotwali Daya Shankar Singh said that investigation has been started after taking a complaint from the victim’s elder sister. Along with medical examination of the girl, her statement will be recorded verbally and through video. A case was registered against accused Mahmood under POCSO and other sections.
