The Meteorological Department has issued a red alert in several districts including Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri and Palghar. On Saturday, many areas were flooded after heavy rains in Mumbai, due to which people faced a lot of trouble.

In Uttar Pradesh, the speed of monsoon is looking slow and slow. In the last 24 hours, the rain has stopped in eastern and western UP. According to the Meteorological Department, on August 17 and 18, some areas of western UP may have light showers with thunderstorms.
